3 Ways to Handle Exhausting Office Politics - Work It Daily Disregard the political decision, the confrontation between President Obama and Governor Romney was nothing contrasted with a portion of the initiative wars I've seen in corporate America. For those of us who have seen firsthand a battle for control over an undertaking, division, or prominent activity, we know this: When the fight is finished and the champ has praised their triumph with supporters, there is a terrible buildup that must be managed. It resembles a headache, seasonal influenza bug and food contamination all wrapped up into one frightful wanting: to work with the individuals who battled against you. The two sides endure this extraordinary ailment, which makes for a moving street to compelling cooperation. All in all, how would you manage debilitating workplace issues?
